Zodiac Academy: Ruthless Fae

What is happening to me. I am writing this after having just finished Shadow Princess, because I am a monster who cannot be stopped! I have read Ruthless Fae, The Reckoning, and Shadow Princess over the last few days and I am literally forcing myself to stop to write these up. (The Awakening review is here)

Like I mentioned in my first post, bully romances are not really my thing but I am INVESTED in Darcy and Tory. And Darcy and Orion. And Tory and…. whomever. And also the general epicness of the story. I will try to make sure that I don’t bring the next two books into this review, so it might be shorter than others I write in the future.

I love the smaller ways that Darcy and Tory get back at the heirs, and how their friends support them through it. Geraldine is a goofy goddess and I love her so much. I am very suspicious of Diego. He is dodgy and I don’t like it. I do think that their pranks are not as cranked up as they could be without sinking to the level of the bullying that the heirs get up to.

As I’ve devoured the next two books in the series, I don’t think it’s a surprise that I will be continuing reading the series. I hope that the books continue to show the problems the heirs are causing themselves by being assholes to the twins. Like, come on morons, stop being like Lionel, crickets on a cracker!

Anyway, onward!
